Agreed, I ran a 36" Wright & it was awesome! I plan on buying one but its going to have to wait until '09 because I have several more important purchases to make in '08.

Turns better than a fixed wheel sulky, no jackknifing........
Less bulky than a fixed or caster wheel sulky...........
Retracts outta the way when not in use, instead of having to pick it up and clip it.
Ride at ground level instead of a couple of inches off the ground, reducing back strain...................
You can ride across hard surfaces, however reduces pad life........
You are limited in reverse to about 6-8 inches, however you would jackknife with the other schittt, unless your on a bulky caster wheel sulky......
Pad is easily replaced piece of plastic, looks like Black Nylatron............
The pros out weigh the cons, do not knock it till ya try it, MM is a weird one............
how would riding at ground level reduce back strain? i've never had an back problems or discomfort.

the pro's don't really out weigh the con's IMO. lifing the sulky up to clip it up takes minimal effort and time. infact the only time i do lift it up is when i put it on my trailer. i can go in reverse and keep it from jacknifing no problem. the life of that tire will out live the life of the pad from riding across hard surfaces.

he must be because i've never had back problems. i know i'm young and i know i've only done this job for a season but you would think if it caused back discomfort, i would have had it already. i'm on that thing at least 8 hours a day.

never had any back problems here either. when on the sulky I'm up, what? 4-5 inches. big deal. with the proslide you are up about an inch. I doubt 3 inches is going to make a difference. its not like your leaning over to reach the controls.
