Renting Equipment

Hello,
This is my first post here. i am a rental manager a landscape & masonry supply bussiness. we sell topsoil and seed as well as rent equipment. we currently have a skidsteer for rent and the avialibilty of tractor with a three point hitch. I have wanted to get york rake attachment for one of them, but am not sure which one would more popular? i am looking for opinoins as to which one do you guys prefer to use? which one is easier for a novice to use?

I'd say tractor. Even better attachment (although much more expensive) is a Harley rake.
