Toro z300 34" / Cub Cadet enforcer 48"

I'm just starting some commercial work on apartments/townhomes. I am looking at some low end commercial ZTR's. There are a lot of trees and areas between buildings that prevent large decks on a ZTR. I am looking at a Toro Z330 34" deck 19hp and a CubCadet Enforcer 48" deck 21hp. Both are 07's and about the same price. The Toro deck looks stronger but the Cub has larger tires for going over the curbs from parking lots into the different lawn areas. Any recomendations or suggestions are appreciated.

hi there, i just bouth an enforcer 48, and i must say its a beast!! its great. the bigger tires really make a difference, and the kawasaki engine is awsome. let me know if u have any questions.
