I had never seen one but I thought there must be a good reason for a blade grinder to cost over $300. Must be magic. So I purchased one for about $350 and to this day I have never made a stupider tool purchase. I will say that it does a good job grinding the bevel correctly. But it's too slow. I can do the same thing with a 7.5 inch angle grinder in a quarter of the time. I will sell mine for the right price.

Okay guys, I was at Northern today and they have a 4" angle grinder for 12 bucks. then added a metal grinding wheel for 2 bucks.

I don't know what the hell i am doing, so can someone post up a pic of a sharpened blade. When I got done with the one it was sharper, and your finger did not just slide over it. It was not RAZOR sharp but better than what it was.

I am not sure the local hardware guy will show me or not. have not tried yet. I might take one to him and pay him if he will allow me to watch.

I don't mind doing it myself as I would do it more frequent when I have the time. Keep a set sharp and change them out and sharpen the set.

                  Thanks for the help
