I've got a scag tiger cub with a 19hp kawasaki engine. Every time I start it I have to choke it, does not matter if I run it an hour and turn it off for a minute it has to be choked every single time. Just put new air filter, plugs and fuel filter on it. Just wondering if ya'll might know what the problem is. Thanks!!
