Snapper Pro Cruser

Does anyone out their have Snapper Pro Cruiser?
I have a 61 inch deck and it leaves a bad finish!
Every time you turn on even the slightest slop it scallops the grass.
I have called Snapper but don’t seem to be getting any help.

Have you tried to take it back to the dealer.maybe they can remedy the situation or give your money back.I've heard alot of bad things about the snapper's on this forum and from other landscapers who had one.Hope you get it worked out.
