You're missing the point of the post.

Use someone else to eat up a significant cost of the barely used equipment, use the saved money and buy more ****. Meanwhile you're making monthly payments to the financing company for your "good stuff." :alien::alien::alien:

Yep. Lots of real good commercial equipment purchased by homeowners, well taken care of, and sold at a decent price. Usually no sales tax from a private owner.

Like any used equipment, ya have to check it out.
We've had some hellva deals here. Whole trailer, racks full of equipment, 2 48in hustlers, blowers, garbage can, cones, gas cans,, ,everything, recently went for $2500 and everything worked fine. There's always deals like that floating around, ya just have to keep your eyes and ears open.
Just like ppl with big $$$ are buying up the good deal on houses, there's deals to be had at all levels.

The're still there you just have to look a little harder to find them.

I found a JD 757 z trac with 96 hrs for $6000. Wasn't even broke in.

On the other hand the girls on craigs list are pretty much worn out.
