Buying used Exmark Metro - what should I pay? Have pics and info

Its a 2006 Metro with a guestimate by the commercial owner of 400-600 hours of use... they said it was not used a whole lot.











I am looking to get a great machine to mow my own yard with that will last for the next 10-20 years... I heard Exmark is among the best... so I assume this machine will do a good job for what I need it to

It comes with the sulky and the grass catcher.... If you were going to try to get this mower for a super bargain deal... what would you think it is worth?

Looks like it's owned by a large company, and the air filter cover is cracked. Though it may only have 400-600 hours, it's likely been used harder than if it were owned by a solo operator. It does appear in good condition otherwise. Anywhere between $1000 - $1300 would be a great deal.
