Howdy all. I am buying a new ZTR and am sold on the Ferris. the only thing is, I can get the 1000 model without the front independent suspension for about $2000 cheaper. Am told because of the surplus since the IS1000 came out..Is the IS really that much better than fixed deck? I manage large snooty estates and really want a nice cut, but that $2000 difference is awful nice to think about..Any opinions??

We run a ferris 3000 Extreme ZTR, realy love the cut and the ride. I have a bad back(one ruptured disc and two bulged) this machine lets me work all day and still be able to move at night. as the man said test ride them all, see if it's worth the extra to you.
