  • John Deere Z-Trak & F687 Front Mount

Has anyone used either of these machines or have an opinion on them? The F687 front mount deck comes up in a verticle position for easy changing of blades as well as changing quickly to a 50" snow blower. You can also add a 9 bushel leaf collector to it. Deck size is my choice. Deck is 7 gauge steel. Looks good & is versatile for residential. Opinions appreciated.

    I demoed a 757 w/54" deck a couple of weeks ago.
It cut really well in low and very high grass.

I liked the deck height adjustment dial. No fussing with pins like other mid-mounts.

After running it thru a cow pasture, that has not been grazed this year, I checked under the deck for grass build up. There was very little of it !

The one thing I did not like was the seat. Dealer said I was not the only one to complaine about it.
