hey im wanting to buy a hustler fastrak does ne one have one an could you tell me a little about it and what you like an dis like about it thanks

I am also looking at the Fastrack. I really liked it when I tested it yesterday. VERY stable w/low center of gravity. ONE problem. If it is used as a commercial mower, it has only a limited warranty. (Dealer told me full warranty, but I checked it out on Hustler's web site this morning, and it states that it is not the full two year warranty that homeowner-use gets. But it also did not say exactly what kind of warranty it would have). I will buy it (2003 dem w20 hrs. on it - 20 HP Honda w/52" deck for $5,000.00 IF warranty issue is settled).

Thats cool! I am going to buy the fastrak next month from a dealer in anchorage. They want 4800 for mower then 500 for shipping and then around 1400 for a vac bagger! O its the 18hp honda with the 44inch deck! i am also trying to find something out about a roll over bar ? do you know if you can get one for the fastrak? thanks

Will the Fastrak have full commercial warranty?? (Find out for SURE!! Even if you have to contact Hustler personally. Sometimes a dealer may stretch the truth for a sale). As far as a rollbar, if Hustler doesn't offer one, any decent metal working shop can build one. Just make sure the top arc is rolled and not cut and welded square corner-type. Also, arc should be gussetted on the inside of the curves with flat iron. This will keep it from collapsing should you roll it over.

The Fastrak

I have previously owned a fastrak. I had a 20hp honda with a 52"deck
I only had the mower for a year because i could not afford an 8k mower at the time. The mowr held up very well for me and I guess you could say that is why I purchased another hustler. I now have the Super Z and it is a great mower. I just used the fastrak to build my way up and I mowed 18 different accounts with it. Never had any trouble out of the mower. All I did was change the oil and had to put a battery in it. The only draw back was that the deck sit to low when taking it off the trailer and it would catch the diamond shaped metal mesh on the gate and pull it up. But i found if you take the mower off at a kinda angle it will not catch. Overall the mower was great. I would not pay more than 5 for one. I paid a little under 5 for mine. After taxes and fees it was around 5100. Lawnranger i tried replying to the email you sent but something wasnt working right so i dont know if u got it. Maybe this will help

The fastrak that I bought listed for 5499 on that website. I purchased mine cheaper than that.

Email him... Prices listed on the website don't always indicate what a unit will sell for. Like I said, email him for a 20 hp, 52 inch Fastrack. You'll be amazed. And again, I don't even know the guy. I just know he's got the best price around.

Thanks josh and no i didnt get your email sorry. O i ordered my fastrak saturday. I bought 18hp 44inch deck with a vacuum bagger and arm rests. You can look at the bagger at www.grasscatchersusa.com . The dealer made me put $2500 down and then when it is ready in three weeks i pay the remaining $4800 for a total price of $7300.
