Giant Vac 36"

I am thinking about purchasing a Giant Vac 36" walk behind to start off my part time mowing company for residential. Anyone know much about this mower. It has a Kawasaki engine and I was told they are made by Ferris. I can get it new at $1,000 cheaper then a Scag, ExMark, Ferris.
