Who makes the best 21" mower with hydro drive also needs to be a bagger.

I have yet to see a 21' hydro i use a 21' bob-cat walkbehind wiht a accelerator bagger

Honda makes the only 21" hydro. Not much benefit since it doesn't incorperate seperate pumps & wheel motors.Comment
