toro commercial/versus non comm

OK,I think i am starting to get the point on most of everybodys replys on all my questions.Seems like i sould just stick with a cheep 21n and save for the bad boy 36in+ for when i cant handle the work load with a 21 anymore. SO here is my question. TORO makes a residentual bbc 3 speed, how would this rate to a commercial toro? By the way this residental is not the cheep personal pace or other low end toros at home depot.
