I'm thinkin bout puttin massive chrome stacks on my 00 PowerStroke. Hearing those big stacks burst to life would complete my rebuilding project.

Yes, I may have abused my SuperDuty since the day I bought it, but you couldn't tell by looking at it today.... mint condition. I replaced all the trashed body parts, bed, broken suspension, damaged wheel bearings, brakes, broken mirrors, blown out speakers, duct taped the front seat and installed mossy oak camo cover. Those stacks give the SuperDuty that big rig attitude.

Takin the SuperDuty on a road trip north into the artic air mass at Christmas. Hunting/ice fishing/snowmobiling trip. I'll leave the diesel run 24/7 for the entire trip. Probably better to leave it run for 10 days straight in the cold and I have 110 gal. tank.

Front wheel bearings are completely sealed units. Had to tear it down to bare spindles and replace the entire hub. Removing 4x4 lockouts, brake calipers, rotor and hub. Old wheel bearing were grinded down to nothing.

I entertained that idea with the stacks for about 15 seconds. I'd rather have dual 5inch exhaust coming straight back and then turn down.

              Shoddy

You should get together with RainMan. You both seem to be having some expression of Puberty problems.

BTW Don't forget the full size Rebel flag flying from the stacks.

i think those stacks on the trucks look ridiculous. They waste space in the back of the bed and I think diesels sound like a$$ when they are loud. After sitting in one for 16 hours straight plowing yesterday, I'd rather be sitting in a nice quiet gasser. This whole diesel upgrade thing is a fad. Everyone and their mama has one and they don't need it. My 5.4 Triton V8 will pull just fine and I can still get decent mileage. And I'm not paying an extra 50 cents a gallon.
                oooooooooo yyyyeah
some people pay to get a tan. I get paid to tan.

Yeah, I think I'll get the straight stacks and run them up high. I'll do the flapper thing too, I like the sound. This rig was born to pull 24/7 the best never rest. Gonna run it over a million miles, no prob.

It's not enough to talk about it. Write it down, make it happen, know what you want and GET it.
