  • Oil coming out of the carburator.

Okay heres the deal. I have a couple year old B&S 6.5 hp self propelled. It was the best mulcher in the world. Unfortuneately I have oil coming out of the carburator. What the %&*#! Is this salvagable or should I just toss it? Thanks all in advance.

crankcase breather tube is kicking up the over filled oil.

The breather likley dumps hot crancase pressure into the carb, like it should. you just need to clean it more often. and certainly change your oil more often.

Have only used it for about 20 hours tops. I was always going to check into it but now that my Honda HRX 217 broke down I need a mulcher. And dont get me started on that piece of crap Honda. Thanks for the input.
