  • Doing your own signs

I found a company that will make your signs for your trucks that you can install yourself. I just did a business sign for a customer that is 72" wide and 48" tall both sides for 85.00. all you have to do is e-mail what you want and they send it to you it is very easy to install. took me about an hour to do both sides. this would be great for doing enclosed trailers. could save you hundreds of dollars

That is pretty cheap. But I have a guy here that hooks me up on any signage, flyers, cards, etc. But again that is really cheap for the regular Joe.

Are they vinyl signs. High weather resistant is necessary if these are for an enclosed trailer. Colors too, what about colors. How many does that include. Sounds like a good deal though, I bet most of the charge is to install the sign.

Thank you for posting that link. I have been thinking of putting white vinyl lettering on the rear window of my truck...I really appreciate the link.

          bobby,
they are vinyl and weather resistant and they come in sheets laid out the way you want them. all you have to do is tape the sheet were you want it peel off the back side, squegee it down and pull off the other side. it is that easy. the sign i did had 104 leters on 8 lines with four inch letter. this is per side. there are instalation instruction on the web sight at the bottom. it was very easy. i think any one on this board would have the skills to do this

By the way I made this sign, 85.00 for the lettering 40.00 for the plywood 10.00 for the paint 135.00 total the customer paid me 950.00 took me about 2 hours total labor. This is a good off season job. Need more like them
