I have a Redmax blower. Well, it cranks fine but when i go from choke to run, it either kills it or it doesnt run properly. Any suggestions? Maybe air filter?

if i turn my choke off without letting run on choke for at least close to a full min...it will run like ish...........make sure you 1) crank it, 2) let it run on full choke while you do some other chore ex: tie down your mower, lift your gate...., 3) then try you blower after turning off choke

If you try this, take the muffler off first. this should expose the exhaust port.Originally posted by XtreemGreenThere should be a metal screen, take it out and toss it.. You'll see carbon build up in the exhaust port also.. turn it so the port is facing down and lightly scrape the carbon out.
