Grass Loader lifter
Help wanted from all you engineering types out there.
I am looking for a design to lift my grass clippings into a high sided trailer. My rideon dumps to a max of 2-3 feet with some assistance.
I was wanting to build a bin arrangement that sat on the ground, Dump the clippings in this bin then lift them into the trailer.
It needs to be simple and cheep, I have seen pictures from debris systems but they are far to large complicated and looked very expensive.
Grass volume is approx 7 bushels (300 litre) weight approx 50 Kg (110 lbs). Total height of lift from ground to top of bin max of 5'
Looking for some design sketches or photos etc.
At the moment I dump directly on to the trailer but can't get the hieght with out time consuming forking.
Any help suggestions appreciated.
