Suggestion for new 21

Hello,

I am looking at getting a new 21 inch mower for a small scale lawn business. I will be using it for 10-15 yards. Do you guys have any suggestions on any particular brand. I have heard good things about the Toro Proline. Is it worth the money? I am just looking for suggestions, or what has worked for you... Any models that have design problems that you do not like? Anything would be helpfull. Thank You,

Bullfrog, I just bought a new Toro Proline 21 with the 2 stroke Suzuki this week (Tuesday). It cost $915.

WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought the Snapper that I had before was good. Wrong. The Toro absolutely vaporizes the grass. It will mulch aything without leaving a trace of clippings visible. Seriously, I was amazed at how good this thing is.

It's the last of year that you can get one in 2 stroke, so hurry now if you're gonna buy one. You won't be sorry, I promise.

Honda all the way, i have been using them for years.
I am demoing a toro now and don't like it at all.

Chuck, do you have experience with the commercial line or the home owner line on those Hondas? I am satisfied with my Honda (HRR216sda) except for the fact that it does not do well in tall wet grass since it has no side discharge. ( the rear discharge is a joke, although it might work better with the bagging blade. I have been useing the mulching blades.) It also is slow... Is this typical or are the commercials better?

TX, How do you like the speed on that Toro? I want a fast mower, and yet I don't want to sacrifice the quality of cut... Is that possible?

I have the Commercial ones and we bag all the time hondas don't mulch very well.

The toro is fast but it's a pain to engage the drive and blade since it's bar is under the handel bars.
