Ok i picked up my trailer yesterday. HGR Trailers

I know what i'm going to put up in the tool box area. My question is where has everyone found the fuel to be most out of the way of equipment, also with saftey in mind? I'm talking to a freind that can help me make a tray with vented lid that i can mount on the back side ot the tool box. That way it will be up and out of the way and at the front of the trailer in case someone happens to hit me in the rear end. Good idea or bad idea? Just put it all in the bed of the truck and roll on?

We strap ours on the back of the gate or put it in the cab with us. Just kidding. The box in the front of the trailer works good for us, its close to the mowers when they need gas.

Nice trailer ... anyway we kept gas cans (low center of gravity type) in the back on the truck beds that hauled the trailers and on the same side as the gas tank filler pipe on the truck. This way when we pulled into the station to refuel the trucks, the gas cans were within reaching distance of the gas hose.

Its a 8' X 16' and i spent to much on it (more then $2k and less then $3k) . I look at it like this if i have to haul supplies in i can charge clients delivery fees and also give me something to haul most anything out of their location.

In the middle of mounting my sign to it now. Just have to get some time to do it.

Heres a link to a pic of my set up thus far. Still have things to get mounted on it once i get a chance to.
