Toro Or Snapper

TORO SUPER PRO OR SNAPPER HI-VAC IN A 21" MOWER??

These are two totally different mowers, you have to decide what you want to use it for.

The Toro will mulch alot better than the Snapper. The Snapper has tons of suction so it bags great.
The Snapper does not have a blade brake and this may be something you want.
Other than that they are both good mowers.
