  • enclosed trailer needs ramp

I have a 7' x 14' enlosed Pace CargoSport trailer. It doesn't have a ramp, instead it has two cargo doors. It is only two years old and looks new, so I would like to use it to haul the lawn equipment during the rainy season. The only problem is that I can't figure out the best way to attach a ramp to it. I don't know if there are any kits out there to install a ramp gate instead of the doors. Does anyone have any ideas, besides using planks?

I don't weld so I can't do any fabricating myself. What I do is go down to a local metal fabricator for things like this and have real good results. They might be able to fabricate a ramp set up that will slide up under the trailer when not in use and pulls out when you need it.

Thanks for the advice. I'll take some time to research this one. I don't want to jump into something that I have to redo. I'll post what I finally come up with.
