Much appreciated Mike. I have a feelin that he will call me back and tell me to do the job. I had 4 of my buddies here fax him\me a qoute on the same job, just so he can see the differences. Spec houses are qouted some what low, however they will be made up for with 13 Custom houses in the $25,000 - $35,000 range with this builder. I am not out to make a killing on every job, but I know what I have to make in order to put money in the bank.
