  • Removing bushes

    Hey guys,

One of my customers just recently asked me to remove 4 bushes in front of her house. They are old and fairly big about 4ft tall and 4-5ft wide. I'm not sure what type they are and I have obviously never done this before. I'm mostly concerned with power/gas lines, house foundation, and tearing up her yard. What do you think yould be the easiest and safest way to remove them and ensure the bush dosen't survive because i'm puting in a garden there.

    PLEASE HELP!!

first call Mrs.Utility have the area marked, it's the law here. If you have a 4 & 1 bucket, pull them out with that. If not just dig them out the old fashioned way.

Attach the chain high on the bush so you have leverage....physics 101

if you have the proper access a stump grinder works great, and you don't have to dig.....smart persons think stump grinders......

probably not. use 4 low , dont jerk it out, the truck should gently pull it out
