What are some good resources for tuning up my hard scape techniques?

Okay, given no ones responded...I will read some books, do some internet research, hire people who know how to work and not how to manage. Learn from them, critique them if possible. Maybe you don't know how to do something, but have someone do it for you, learn from there actions, and figure out ways to make them more efficient. I hope this helps a bit.
