I was wondering if anybody could tell me any kind of guide line they use when pricing out flower installations. Also, what are the best types of flowers to plant in the winter and spring that will hold well and look good for a while. I live in Georgia if that helps any.

The usual - pansies. There is a white agapanthus that will bloom in Feb. Also Lenten roses, but they are a little picky, and like a decent soil with summer shade. There are a good number of fall blooming plants, which I won't list. There are lots of threads on pricing.
