Cleared clean and soil brought in ? Than turf installed? How steep? Start by getting costs on 2 days of small dozer and cat w/ grabber on it. Also 2 days on a 14" chipper and 5 ton. And thats just to clear it if that growth is thick. Than you have a day 1/2 filling and seeding i suppose. And it all depends on what they want. Are the planning on bringing picnic tables in here? cause if thats the case that suggests alot of detail. What kind of fill do you think your looking at after you get it cleared? the last turf job i did of that caliber,,,150k ,took 40 loads of pulverized. And that was from "final grade". try to tell ust what you know so far .

won't be any picnic tables or anything else on it.very steep.the steep part will be put in love grass and the other in fescue.the fescue will be mowed every 2 weeks during the season.
