What kind is the best? I have thought about this over the revolving light not only for lawns, but for snow removal due to the conditions. What is a price range for all the equipment needed?

a good source for those "hide-a-way" strobes is Gall's or AWDirect. They are easily installed and great for snow. Lots of Amber colored LEDs in AWdirect.

in some states you are required to have them on while plowing as a safety measure.
