A good friend of mine is offering me a commercial job at 1100 a month and more as he gets calls. He doesnt want to get any larger than what he is now. I just got my O.L. on friday was going to purchase the equipment within the next 2 weeks. more than likely it will be a 36" and a 48" scag, with echo equipment. ive thank him already just waiting for it to follow through.

Good luck! My one suggestion would be not to wait on him. Call him until you have the business, plus go out and get some business yourself. Its not hard. Network with everyone you can and try and find a niche for yourself. Work vertical markets and get them to see your work. Example - Most doctors talk with other doctors. Get a doctors office for business and then let other doctors offices know you maintain so and so's office. -

hes comfortable where he is at with the many commercial accounts he has and the hired man power he has and is doing very well. he does want to be to large, just live real comfortable he sasComment
