What kind of a ZTR and condition could I expect for a $3500.00 budget?

one of the larger LCO here in central florida sell off the dixie choppers 60" and 50" at 23 months of service, one month before warranty is out, for $2500.00 and 3,000.00 they have anywhere from 1000 hours on up on them. check with your local dealer and find out who buys new mowers on a regular basis and tell him you would like to see some of the machines they are getting rid of.
also ask the dealer when he is going to get rid of his demo models. if you buy a demo you get a new mower warranty on it for a lot less than a new one. -
why dont you buy new? you can put that 3500 as a down payment and have not that much to pay off. thats what i would do. i never buy used equipment, unless you know the old owner.Comment
