    I think you are definately on the right track with those ideas. I do the same. I tell customers that for every full service customer that they refer to me and I get, I will knock $10.00 off of their next cut. They love it. I've even told a couple of my best customers that I will give them one free cut.

      What are some other ways to entice your current customers to get you in with there friends, obviously the work and quality, but how do you guys think are some ways to make them say ....."hmmmmm How many yards can I get for him"
