Ive been in the business for a while but i have focused mainly on residential accounts this next season i will need to buy a whole new set up do to moving away from the area and then moving back so i would like to have contracted commercial accounts before i run out and spend $ on equipment. Id like to know what the most productive method of approaching the commercial accounts would be and if any of you guys have an example of a profesional contract i can go off of then that would be greatly apprciated also. By the way i know i can pick up alot of new sping residentials by doing leaf cleanup this fall but yet again ive not ever focused on that aspect of it so what would be the best way to advertise for leaf cleanup.

Getting help on commercial contracts is a good beginning. You may want to search local since states have different rules regarding service contracts. Florida for example requires a three day cancellation clause with exact verbiage that must be contained in the contract. Also, some states tax services and some do not. Florida taxes commercial, but not residentials.
Once you have your contracts in place the real fun begins. I loved getting commercial accounts.
