  • newbie looking for new equipment

I,ve been reading the posts on this site and they are really interesting,I,m starting a new lawn care biz this year and have been looking for new equipment,I`ve seen these two brands alot on ebay, bradley &husqvarna I,ve seen a couple 36 cuts with 13hp kohler motors, both are offering free shipping the husqvarna is 2,229.99 the bradley is 2,289.99,they both had some 48 cuts to with 18hp motors,I just wanted to get some feedback on these brands, thanks beckster

I'm all for toros. I use my local lawn dealer who stands by me 100% - which you wont get on ebay - no doubt. I am also new to the buiz and will be buying about $5,000+ of new equipment from him. All of which he will let me pay off whenever i want to pay it. I'm not sure if you can get this local service like that.. as far as ebay goes, I'd really stay away from it when buying equipment..I mean, what if something goes wrong with your mower that you just got done paying 3k's for? No guarantees? No Warranty? - looks like someone just got themselves screwed. Now you're $3,000 in the hole and mowerless! - not a good way to start off>?

    Hope this helps

You MUST establish a relationship with an OPE Dealer.

If you were close enough, I'd suggest you try and emulate Scaper2K......

Make sure you meet with him at least mid morning, too early and you may run into his alter ego, and unless your gate swings both ways, it may not be a pretty sight.

Despite his tendency to "let his hair down" in the evenings- he's super smart, and undoubtedly highly successful.
