Crappy work

On my street there is a house for sale and a guy and his crew came by and did the work....Man it looks like crap. I waited to see how it would come out and it sucks. They blew out the beds and didnt pick up or mulch the leafs in some spots. They had a bagger on the mower and the guy running it must have been blind because he left all kinds of leafs and spot on the yard. Im soory I just thouht that when your working you would make the yard look like your own house or yard. The company thats has the house on the market must not look at the work becasue if I was paying this guy to do the work I would have made hime come back and do it all over again. I got my blower out and blew all the crapp he blew in front of my house back in front of the work site and it was alot of crap. Sorry dont mean to piss anyone off just cant belive the work this guy did I should call and ask how to get his jobs.

That isn't too unusual. Sometimes the realtors just want you to get in and get the grass cut for a cheaper price.

In about 9 out of 10 times you get what you pay for.

I talk to this agent one time & you thought I was going to get rich over night cutting every house listed for sale. I meet with this slick talking person & he was basically wanting me to Bull Dog or Shot Gun them.

He told me to just cut & trim them, no bagging, no edging, he told me I didn't even have to blow the walks or drives... Some of the houses were nice & had nice yards at one time, no wonder he was looking for new Lawn Service!

I told him I couldn't do that with my Vehicles parked there, he laughed & said I should just pull my signs off. This is the type to stay away from.

I don't understand this way of thinking especially from a Real Estate Agent?
What is the first thing you see when you drive up to a house for sale?

You can't get top dollar pulling up to a Jurassic Park & when you leave it's a Deliverance Yard...
