Well guys its that time of year again. home and garden shows are arriving my question is there is a home and garden show coming up it costs like $995 for a 10x10 spot they had 15,000 people last yr and its expected to be around 18,000 this year. would u say i would prolly get around 2,000 leads. i can usually get 2 out of 5 bids on average. i have 5 customers returning out of the 20 i had. the 15 that left sold their houses or died. i would like to get atleast 100 proprties from this. what do you guys think

So one must assume that out of the 15 that you lost, that two thirds sold their homes... so that leaves five who died... what did you do to them? Sock it to em with a bill?

Being a garden show you'll need lots of color ... getting attention at homes shows is a "whole nother" thing ... to study and understand.
