What do you guys think of this deal. It includes a route and all the equipment needed for it. He is asking for $14,000, which sounds like a steal to me. I am also looking for any other accounts in the south of Chicago area. so if you have a few clients to many PM or email me at mowlawns@gmail.com

12 commercial lawn maintenance contracts ($10,000 worth includes snow removal and lawn maintence) The whole route can be done in one day with 3 workers.

it's sounds ok. the only thing i would make sure is that the commercial accounts sign a contract with you before you buy it. what happens when you buy all this and the next thing you know... they hire the next company.

Dude, that sound frickin' great! i've been around the biz for about 8 yrs, tho i'm relatively new to things as my own boss, and i wish i had a deal like that in front of me (not to mention the 14k to buy it). That def sounds like a steal to me. just think about the money to be made from those existing accounts alone, plus all the biz you will prolly generate by just 'word of mouth' and people seeing you out there with your crew tearin' it up. And you said those 12 yards could be done in about a day with a 3-man-crew, just think if you had 3 or 4 days a week like that, you'll be rollin in it. Wish i had such an opportunity, i'd run with it if i were you. Best of luck, buddy, keep us posted on how it works out once the season starts
