I mowed properties a HELL of alot bigger then that with a 21 befor i got bigger equipment. Just mow it till you get a bigger mower. Also it should be charged at or slightly above industy standards of the property size. Don't think you get 45 a hour, you need bigger equipment befor you earn those rates.
