  • Lawn Maint estimate

I have got a lawn that a customer wants me to mow that is 18, 250 sq ft. It is pretty much St. Aug grass with a couple weeds around the edges, but a nice lawn. It has about 12 trees to mow around are the only obstacles. She has Mulch between her yard and the fence so that there isn't any trimming to do other than around trees. Im running a 36" JD W/B without a sulkie. How long should it take me on speed 2 or 3? and what would you guys charge for cut & trim? I alredy have aprice for blowing and edging..... It will be a biweekly service without a contract...Just throw me some ideas for a price....

I'd like to make around $45 - $50 an hour. I dont really know the above costs, although I know I need to figure those out..... I just have been so busy with bids, jobs, and my full time job that I have barely had time to sleep. I guess I could have a lot bigger problems than those, but they are still problems....lol I do realize that I need to figure those out ASAP though. Thanks for the help.....

I guess abetter question would be....

What is the estimated time to cut the above yard (excluding trimming, blowing, etc.)?
