my son works for a very rich painting contractor. 2 days ago he calls me and says "our shop burnt down". they lost 10 or so trucks and a lot of equipment. my first thought was my son is out of a job. but another painting contractor and the home builder cp morgan offered this man all the help and trucks he needed to keep going and they didnt miss a day of work.
why did his competitor offer help instead of trying to steal his account? because he helped them when they had a fire. it pays off i guess to be nice to your competitors.
