  • Business Managment Software

I am thinking about using a software to manage scheduling, complete billing, track customer information, etc. LawnAccounts and LawnPro are 2 programs that I have some interest in. Can anyone provide information on these? Are there other programs available besides the those I listed above that I should consider?
    Thanks!

I have GroundsKeeper Pro and I think it's great. The demo lets you use the entire program for up to 5 customers. I currently have 5 since I just started so I'll probably have to buy it soon. It's great. It keeps track of everything.

I use Gopher. I am happy with it. They have a free download that you can use for 30 days.

I service 150 properties and the Gopher handles those nicely.

I like Groundskeeper Pro and it is less expensive than many of the others. It has a good scheduling feature as well. I liked the fact it can remind you of certain jobs that need to be done for customers on a reoccurring bases. I can in fact have several different reminders on reoccurring schedule for the same customer.

I plan to go back into the Pest Control business part time at some point, since retirement bores me. I have many different programs including Quickbooks Pro Contractor, with a add on scheduling program by intuit the maker of Quickbooks. I plan to use Groundskeeper Pro instead.

Based on the lack of comments related to LawnAccounts and LawnPro, seems these are not all that popular?
