Anyone here that works in Missouri? I'm getting ready to separate from the Air Force and will be returning to Springfield Missouri where I'll start up a lawn care business part-time...

I am in Joplin. I am a big Cardinals fan. Springfield has AA Cardinals team now @ John Q. Hammons field! (Greatest AA stadium in U.S. It was built before Springfield even had a hopeful team prospect! St. Louis seen it and said "We're in...")

Great town. (Springfield) Spend a lot of weekends there. Esp. @ Bass Pro, Fin and Feather, Mexican Villa(s), Kaleidoscope, Mr. Gati's Pizza, etc.

Springfield is 3rd largest city in MO. You should have no problems w/part time LCO.

I heard even Elvis is broke and working as a salesman at one of those many old used car lots on the same street where his house is located.

Elvis Presley Blvd. is just as dead as its namesake............Shame too 'cause I remember how nice it was in the 60s and 70s........

Hey Jimmy, have you gotten as much rain as we have in Jeff City this summer? We've had one big rain since May, hopefully we will get a little today.

                      Memphis

I went there once when I was about 21. My buddy and I paid for a paddleboat package that included a buffet and all we could drink. If I remember correctly Tequila Sunrises were the drink of choice that evening. Seemed like kind of a seedy town, but fun as most seedy towns are.

I was born in a desert,
                      Raised in a lion's den
                      And my number one occupation
Is stealing women from their men

                      If your ever in Memphis,
                      Best stop down minglewood
When I take a walk down there,
All the women sure look good

                      If you can't believe me,
It'll make it hard to believe in you
Cause we all need each other,
                      Well you know it's true
