  • Fall Clean up/Vaccum/Schredder

Getting prepared to purchase a vaccum/schredder to pull behind a garden tractor for fall clean up for several accounts that have a place to dispose debris on sight. Looking for a good piece of equipment to do this job. I plan to use my Redmax 8000 back pack blower and this new piece of equipment to vaccum up the leaves and dump them in a wooded area on sight. Does any one have any recommendation for a dependable pull behind vaccum /Schredder? Any advise from the experienced guys would be a great help. This is the first year doing large fall cleqan up!!!

If you can afford it invest in a larger debris loader such as Lesco or Billy goat. I have both and the time they save me is well worth the money. I have both tailgate mounted on two of my trucks and can do twice as many yards in one day.

Please note that your first problem is the garden tractor. Unless these are huge acreages a tow behind will be very inneficient. Please purchase an 8k Zero Turn rider w/spindle driven catcher such as the eXmark Lazer w/Ultra Vac.

Mr. l&r is correct in recomending a debris loader over a catcher type system for most applications. For large volumes of leaves the push blower/backpack/tarp & haul to loader is far more efficient.
