I need some help finding a good worker. How did some of you find your first worker? Right now I get day labors when I need them, but they don't speak english and some of them can't mow better than a blind man.

For the most part, there is no secret. If you want a good employee then you have to pay good employee wages. And then you have to keep looking until you find him. Sometimes it is difficult.

Sounds like you want a good worker for low wages and only need them sporadically. Ain't going to happen. You get what you pay for at day labor pools.
