Looking for mower

I'm having a very hard time finding any used mowers. What I want is a 21 or 25" self propelled that will mulch or bag. If there is anyone in the DFW area that can give me a lead I would appriciate it.

The used market around the Houston area is not real good, either. When you get into the 25-26" mowers it is even harder. I believe Yazoo/Kees makes some 26" high wheeled mowers. I know that Snapper maked a 26" with a Robin engine, but it is listed under their residential page and costs about $1,050.

I currently use a Snapper commercial 21". I am looking at an Exmark Metro 32" wb due to the residential gate sizes around here (35"). I have not had any luck finding used, so I have not jumped on one yet, but may bite the bullet and get one new for right around $2000.
