Seed-Job Bidding ques..

Got an offer today on a seed job that this lady wants done, but i have no clue how to bid for such a job since the only experiance i've had seeding is at my regular job on a golf course. now i know what i am doing as far as the actual work is concerned, and i know i need to charge per hr, but i am not sure how long it will take me.. i have yet to get the detailed measurements of what needs to be seeded, but just for argument sake, lets say the area was 10X10.. how long do y'all think it might take to seed such an area, including prep time?.. ANY help at all will be greatly appreciated.. thanks guys, Hawk
