estimate for lawn mowing

What is the normal price range for cutting a 19,000 Sq foot lot? It has two buildings and a couple trees which brings the actual Sq feet of grass that needs to be cut down to about 16,000 Sq feet.

This would the biggest yard I cut and I'm not sure how much to charge. I have a 36" commerial walk behind.

How long does it take you to cut this yard? Is it level or hill? How much would you like to make per hour $8-$18-$28 or more ? Do you bag or mulch the grass? What kind of neighborhood is it in? I think normal would be somewhere to make at least 0.50$ per minute or $30 per hour. How much do you charge now for this yard?

$45-$55/Cut depending on difficulty.

Shoot for $1 per minute per man when mowing.

The yard is level and I haven't cut this yard yet. I don't have a bag or mulching attactment for my 36" mower. Most of my yards are small and takes me 20 to 40 minutes with my 21" lawn boy. My price for these yards are $25 to $35. This one is a lot bigger than most of my yards.
