Calcium Cloride Prices?

Just wondering if anyone in the midwest is thinking about snow yet?
I am. We will be turning in a bid Sept. 21 for snow removal.

The Condo Association requests that I use Calcium Cloride on any pavement. What kind of price should I get per bag? A 50# bag costs around $10.25 here. should I double that?

I will be loading the bags into the hopper on the bag of my 3 yrd dump for the streets and also drop spreading on the walk ways.

For rock salt we charge $1.00 per pound and Cal Chloride we charge $1.50 per pound.

Any one out there using liquid de-icer products?

We use liquid de-icer once in a while, they work pretty slick. You can put it down before a snow fall and it will melt snow up to two inches.
