Have your insurance agent mail him a copy direct. Normal only take a phone call and the customer is really happy because he has a copy that he knows is real.

Let me give you a marketing secret.

Every time you meet a potential customer call your insurance agent and have the agent send the customer a certificate of insurance.

This puts your name in front of the customers eye for free and shows him you will do a little extra to secure his biz vs. the scrubs.
