retail outlet

I had a guy ask me for a bid on a retail outlet with 172k sq feet. It has about 70 islands and one year round tree in each island. Various areas with hedges, etc. This company wants everything done year round, fertilize, mow & blow once a week, trim hedges, and the list continues. Anyone have any experience with a job of this size? Any info helpful..

bid it as any other job, figure cost per bush, lawn maintenance, etc. and figure hours spent there per week and bid accordingly.
